Speaking About Customer Service Experience


Customer Service is about the customer experience and enhancing that experience. It’s about how the customer feels. 

Recently The Flying Bin Blog caught up with Eamonn O’Brien, founder of The Reluctant Speakers Club and Author of The acclaimed How to Make Powerful Speeches: A Step-by-Step Guide to Inspiring and Memorable Speech. 


Prior to forming The Reluctant Speaker’s Club, Eamonn held senior management positions with several corporations. These include Prudential and MCI, where he was part of a team that helped the telecom giant double their international calling business.
